If you’re in the mood for a great burger, and you want to go somewhere that is casual, but trendy, upbeat but not overly crowded, Stand on 12th Street is your burger joint.  Burgers here are served on big white plates and the drinks are not your typical burger drinks.  They have your standard vanilla and chocolate milkshakes, but they also have toasted marshmallow and Maple & Almond shakes.  Stand has exotic homemade drinks such as fresh pineapple-lime soda and Rosemaryade, all of which are noteworthy.  Drinks aside, the burgers are perfectly made on fresh buns and house sauces such as green peppercorn.  Don’t forget the fries, with the choice of regular or shoestring.  Everything on the menu is simple, yet tasty, give it a try next time you want a grown-up Happy Meal.
