These Philly Cheesesteaks are made fresh with thin slices of sirloin steak, grilled and put on a hoagie roll that isn’t too soft or hard. The house rules of how to order are shown on the wall, say what kind of cheese you want (cheese whiz, provolone, or white American) and with or without grilled onions.
