Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company makes an amazing bagel and has some of the best spreads I’ve ever seen. These are real New York bagels, big, crunchy on the outside and chewy inside, exactly what you are looking for in a bagel. Located in Chelsea on 8th Avenue between 24th and 25th street (other locations in Queens as well), this bagel joint has plenty more than bagels including fresh salads, sandwiches, desserts and more, but I 100% recommend the bagels. To top your fresh bagel choose from various flavors of cream cheese like cinnamon walnut raisin, baby dill, pumpkin, apple cinnamon, and my favorite diavolo chipotle, which has the perfect amount of spiciness.
